Chicken Skin Crisps

  • Ingredients:
    • Chicken Skins
    • Salt
  • Preparation:
    • Cut chicken skin into 1 inch squares
    • Wash and salt lightly
  • Pan fry:
    • Add 1-2 tablespoons of water and boil until fried.
  • Air fry:
    • (time to be determined)
