- Ingredients:
- Meat Options:
- Pork Roast: 1 lb.
- Chicken Thigh: 1 lb.
- Half head of garlic (6 cloves)
- Vinegar: 2 Cups
- Water: (Maybe)
- Salt: 2 Tbsp.
- Sugar: 2 Tbsp.
- Black Pepper: 1 tsp.
- Meat Preparation:
- Pork:
- Cut into small thin chunks (2″x1″x1/2″)
- Chicken:
- Cut along the grain into small thin chunks (2″ x 1″ x 1/2″)
- Place on skewers (this can also be done before marinate if you have long covered container.
- Marinate Preparation: (Continually taste before adding meat)
- Mix vinegar, crushed garlic, salt, sugar
- Add water as needed
- You don’t have to use all this marinate, save some for next batch.
- Marinate:
- Add meat to marinate and let sit for 1 hr.+ or overnight. Don’t oversaturate, stir occasionally.
- Grill or Bake, and enjoy.
