BBQ Pork or Chicken on Stick

  • Ingredients:
    • Meat Options:
      • Pork Roast: 1 lb.
      • Chicken Thigh: 1 lb.
    • Half head of garlic (6 cloves)
    • Vinegar: 2 Cups
    • Water: (Maybe)
    • Salt: 2 Tbsp.
    • Sugar: 2 Tbsp.
    • Black Pepper: 1 tsp.

  • Meat Preparation:
    • Pork:
      • Cut into small thin chunks (2″x1″x1/2″)
    • Chicken:
      • Cut along the grain into small thin chunks (2″ x 1″ x 1/2″)
      • Place on skewers (this can also be done before marinate if you have long covered container.

  • Marinate Preparation: (Continually taste before adding meat)
    • Mix vinegar, crushed garlic, salt, sugar
    • Add water as needed
    • You don’t have to use all this marinate, save some for next batch.

  • Marinate:
    • Add meat to marinate and let sit for 1 hr.+ or overnight. Don’t oversaturate, stir occasionally.

  • Grill or Bake, and enjoy.
