Ingredients:
1 lb. Ground pork
1 qt. Green beans
1 qt. Carrots
2 qts. Potatoes
1 qt. Sweet potatoes
1 Whole onion
1/2 Head of cabbage
1 tsp. Chicken flavored bouillon
1 egg
1 pkg. Lumpia Taste Free Wrapper
Preparation
Dice all the vegetables
Sauté the onions with two cloves of garlic
Sauté the ground pork
Sauté the carrots
Sauté the green beans
Sauté the potatoes
Sauté the sweet potatoes
Cook
Stir in large pot until vegetables are cooked
Let everything cool before wrapping
Wrapping
Beat one egg and use it to wrap as a glue
Frying Instructions
Deep fry on high heat. Flip lumpia while frying until both sides are golden brown.
Sauté
Place in wrapper
Use beaten egg for seal

Ingredients: Hard Boiled Eggs: 8 Chopped Onions: ½ cup Salt: 1 tsp. Pepper: ½ tsp. Mayonnaise: 1 Cup Accent: ¼ tsp. (Optional)
Preparation:Slice eggs Mix in onions, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, accent
Ingredients: Rice (Glutinous): 2 Cups Water: 3 Cups Sugar: 1 Cup Salt: 2 pinches Shredded Coconut: Fresh or dried flakes.
Make the Sticky Rice: Add Rice, Water, Sugar, and Salt into rice cooker. Cook in rice cooker until done. If top is watery, stir and turn on the cooker again until done.
Roll in Coconut: Scoop by spoon and roll in coconut flakes. Freshly shredded coconut is better, but dried flakes will do.

Meat Preparation: Pork: Cut into small thin chunks (2″x1″x1/2″) Chicken: Cut along the grain into small thin chunks (2″ x 1″ x 1/2″) Place on skewers (this can also be done before marinate if you have long covered container.
Marinate Preparation: (Continually taste before adding meat)Mix vinegar, crushed garlic, salt, sugar Add water as needed You don’t have to use all this marinate, save some for next batch.
Marinate: Add meat to marinate and let sit for 1 hr.+ or overnight. Don’t oversaturate, stir occasionally.
Grill or Bake, and enjoy.

Preparation for the Shake: Salt and Pepper the chicken wings lightly (leave overnight if possible) Mix flour, chicken bullion (or salt/pepper) Place in 1 lb. Ziplock bag (or big bowl)
Meat Preparation: Wash wings Shake off excess water Place 1 wing in Ziplock bag Shake until fully coated
Conventional Oven: 45 min. – 1 hr., or until golden brown Air fry:
Silicone cupcake mold 1 cracker, crushed up 1/2 slice of cheese Salt
Crush up 1 cracker and spread it evenly on the bottom of the cupcake mold Put cheese on top Lightly salt Air fry for 5 minutes at 350
Lightly butter outside of bread Place 2 pieces of cheese inside Air fry for 8 minutes at 350, flip when 3 minutes left
